Booking Value of Rs 306 crore in Q1FY26 vs Rs 611 crore in Q1FY25. Collections of Rs 374 crore in Q1FY26 vs Rs 483 crore in Q1FY25. Portfolio’s Total Gross Development Value (GDV) of ~ Rs 40,000 crore. Continue to be a net-debt free company with ~ Rs 233 crore in net cash surplus.
