Pharmaceuticals company Pfizer announced Q2FY27 results Financial Highlights: Total income: For Q2FY27, Total income was Rs 774.19 crore, growing by 10.91% QoQ from Rs 698.01 crore in Q1FY27 and by 13.15% YoY from Rs 684.19 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, Total income achieved Rs 1,472.20 crore, registering an 8.70% YoY increase from Rs 1,354.41 crore in H1FY26. Revenue from operations: During Q2FY27, Revenue from operations stood at Rs 726.86 crore, shifting upwards by 11.28% QoQ from Rs 653.17 crore in Q1FY27 and up 13.16% YoY from Rs 642.34 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, cumulative Revenue from operations was Rs 1,380.03 crore, marking a 10.81% YoY increase from Rs 1,245.39 crore in H1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): For Q2FY27, PBT reached Rs 422.83 crore, showing a sequential increase of 52.82% QoQ against Rs 276.68 crore in Q1FY27 and an annual increase of 65.58% YoY against Rs 255.37 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PBT stood at Rs 699.51 crore, rising 35.85% YoY from Rs 514.90 crore in H1FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT): Standalone PAT for Q2FY27 was reported at Rs 313.25 crore, increasing by 53.20% QoQ from Rs 204.47 crore in Q1FY27 and expanding by 65.72% YoY from Rs 189.02 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PAT reached Rs 517.72 crore, representing a 35.97% YoY growth over Rs 380.77 crore in H1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q2FY27 was Rs 68.47, demonstrating a 53.21% QoQ change from Rs 44.69 in Q1FY27 and a 65.71% YoY change from Rs 41.32 in Q2FY26.
