Wires & Cables company Paramount Communications announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: The company's total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 532.49 crore, representing a growth of 13.58% compared to Rs 468.83 crore in Q1FY26. On a sequential basis, total income declined by 8.54% from Rs 582.24 crore in Q4FY26. Revenue from Operations: Revenue grew by 17.35% YoY to Rs 529.40 crore in Q1FY27 from Rs 451.12 crore in Q1FY26. It witnessed a QoQ decrease of 7.66% from Rs 573.31 crore in Q4FY26. Net Profit: The Group reported a Net Profit of Rs 19.70 crore for Q1FY27, a YoY increase of 6.49% from Rs 18.50 crore in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, net profit decreased by 4.00% from Rs 20.52 crore in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 0.64, compared to Rs 0.61 in Q1FY26 and Rs 0.67 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: For Q1FY27, standalone total income was Rs 532.49 crore, up 13.57% YoY from Rs 468.87 crore in Q1FY26. Sequentially, it was down 8.54% from Rs 582.23 crore in Q4FY26. Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue stood at Rs 529.40 crore in Q1FY27, a YoY growth of 17.42% over Rs 450.87 crore in Q1FY26. It decreased by 7.66% QoQ from Rs 573.30 crore in Q4FY26. Net Profit: Standalone net profit for the quarter was Rs 19.70 crore, representing a 3.68% increase from Rs 19.00 crore in Q1FY26. It witnessed a QoQ decline of 4.00% from Rs 20.52 crore in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Fundraising and Equity Allotment: During Q1FY27, the company received 25% application money (Rs 7.56 crore) for 72,00,000 unlisted convertible warrants issued to Promoters. It also received Rs 88.40 crore as 100% application money for 2,10,47,664 equity shares issued on a preferential basis to non-promoters. Subsequent to the quarter end, an additional Rs 3.99 crore was received for 9,50,000 equity shares, and the company completed the allotment of these warrants and shares. Divestment of Subsidiary: The company divested its entire shareholding in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Valens Technologies Private Limited, on November 6, 2025.
