Iron & Steel Products company Jash Engineering announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: The company reported a Revenue from Operations of Rs 14,987.89 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a YoY increase of 17.45% from Rs 12,761.04 lakh in Q1FY26, and a QoQ decrease of 48.41% from Rs 29,053.75 lakh in Q4FY26. The Total Income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 15,598.99 lakh, which is a 17.34% YoY increase from Rs 13,293.98 lakh in Q1FY26, and a 47.93% QoQ decrease from Rs 29,957.19 lakh in Q4FY26. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) reached Rs 654.71 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to a loss of Rs 623.91 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, PBT decreased by 90.56% from Rs 6,933.74 lakh in Q4FY26. The company recorded a Net Profit for the period of Rs 508.92 lakh in Q1FY27, as against a loss of Rs 517.06 lakh in Q1FY26. This marks a 91.02% QoQ decrease from a profit of Rs 5,665.29 lakh in Q4FY26. The Total Comprehensive Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 825.01 lakh, compared to a total comprehensive loss of Rs 298.58 lakh in Q1FY26 and a total comprehensive income of Rs 6,589.60 lakh in Q4FY26. The Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 0.81, compared to Rs (0.82) in Q1FY26 and Rs 9.01 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Standalone Revenue from Operations in Q1FY27 was Rs 9,829.85 lakh, marking a 21.82% YoY increase from Rs 8,069.27 lakh in Q1FY26 and a 48.38% QoQ decrease from Rs 19,043.98 lakh in Q4FY26. The Total Standalone Income for Q1FY27 reached Rs 10,347.41 lakh, up 21.34% YoY from Rs 8,527.74 lakh in Q1FY26 and down 46.91% QoQ from Rs 19,489.57 lakh in Q4FY26. Standalone Net Profit for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 1,338.72 lakh, representing a YoY increase of 219.43% from Rs 419.10 lakh and a QoQ decrease of 56.85% from Rs 3,102.41 lakh in Q4FY26. Standalone Basic EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 2.12, as against Rs 0.67 in Q1FY26 and Rs 4.94 in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The group operates in a single reportable segment: "Manufacturing and trading of varied engineering products for general engineering industry, water and waste water industry and bulk solids handling industry." Geographic Revenue: Revenue from customers within India in Q1FY27 was Rs 6,955.45 lakh, a YoY increase of 31.07% from Rs 5,306.58 lakh in Q1FY26. Revenue from customers outside India in Q1FY27 was Rs 8,032.44 lakh, a YoY increase of 7.75% from Rs 7,454.46 lakh in Q1FY26. Strategic Acquisitions: During the quarter, the subsidiary Waterfront Fluid Controls Limited UK acquired a 100% equity stake in Penstocks (UK) Limited for a purchase consideration of GBP 5,50,000 (approximately Rs 677.52 lakh), effective from April 2, 2026. International Expansion: The company has formed a new entity, Rodney Hunt Mahr Industries, in Saudi Arabia and obtained a commercial registration certificate. Plant construction is planned for the Dammam 3 Industrial Area upon land allotment. Merger Completion: The standalone financial results have been restated to give effect to the merger of the wholly-owned subsidiary, Shivpad Engineers Private Limited, with Jash Engineering Limited, which became effective on February 26, 2026.
