Textiles company PDS announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The company reported revenue of Rs 3,44,371.72 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a growth of 14.81% YoY from Rs 2,99,942.10 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, revenue saw a marginal decline of 2.14% from Rs 3,51,902.84 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: Total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 3,45,317.51 lakh, an increase of 13.63% YoY compared to Rs 3,03,905.55 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, total income decreased by 2.66% from Rs 3,54,749.10 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax: The company recorded a profit before tax of Rs 3,428.58 lakh in Q1FY27, marking a 27.52% YoY increase from Rs 2,688.70 lakh in Q1FY26. However, it declined by 56.21% QoQ compared to Rs 7,830.51 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit: Net profit for the period was Rs 2,858.65 lakh in Q1FY27, a significant growth of 42.70% YoY from Rs 2,003.25 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, net profit decreased by 60.35% from Rs 7,210.25 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: Total comprehensive income for the quarter was Rs 1,204.21 lakh, compared to Rs 4,868.12 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 11,149.36 lakh in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 1.33, compared to Rs 0.92 in Q1FY26 and Rs 3.47 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue was Rs 3,958.28 lakh in Q1FY27, a decrease of 17.18% YoY from Rs 4,779.61 lakh in Q1FY26 and a decrease of 44.58% QoQ from Rs 7,142.19 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: Standalone total income stood at Rs 4,327.70 lakh in Q1FY27, down 20.19% YoY from Rs 5,422.34 lakh in Q1FY26 and down 61.74% QoQ from Rs 11,312.24 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit: The company reported a standalone net profit of Rs 119.40 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 377.94 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 2,727.61 lakh in Q4FY26. Full Year FY26 Performance: For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company achieved a standalone total income of Rs 31,609.33 lakh and a net profit of Rs 3,202.85 lakh. Business Highlights (Consolidated Segment Performance) Sourcing Segment: This remains the primary business driver, contributing a gross revenue of Rs 3,27,189.85 lakh (93.5% of total segment revenue) in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 2,82,184.75 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment result (profit) was Rs 2,603.20 lakh for the quarter. Manufacturing Segment: This segment generated a revenue of Rs 22,732.44 lakh (6.5% of total segment revenue) in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 21,903.62 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment result (profit) was Rs 956.26 lakh. Others: This segment reported a marginal loss of Rs 7.40 lakh in Q1FY27. Assets and Liabilities: As of June 30, 2026, the Sourcing segment held assets worth Rs 4,04,576.64 lakh, while the Manufacturing segment held assets of Rs 70,286.84 lakh. Total consolidated assets stood at Rs 5,27,091.08 lakh. Total consolidated liabilities were Rs 3,40,956.53 lakh.
