Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations in Q1FY27 was Rs 2,071.04 million, an increase of 5.06% from Rs 1,971.30 million in Q4FY26 (QoQ), though it saw a decline of 5.82% from Rs 2,199.06 million in Q1FY26 (YoY). Total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 2,284.89 million, growing by 15.81% from Rs 1,972.91 million in Q4FY26 (QoQ) and decreasing by 1.86% from Rs 2,328.30 million in Q1FY26 (YoY). Profit before tax was Rs 975.23 million in Q1FY27, showing a significant growth of 26.01% from Rs 773.90 million in Q4FY26 (QoQ) and a decrease of 4.78% from Rs 1,024.15 million in Q1FY26 (YoY). Profit for the period reached Rs 732.91 million in Q1FY27, an increase of 26.10% from Rs 581.21 million in Q4FY26 (QoQ) and a decrease of 4.29% from Rs 765.74 million in Q1FY26 (YoY). Business Highlights: Strategic Collaboration: Clean Fino-Chem Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary) entered into a long-term strategic collaboration with Geneus Chem AG, Switzerland, on July 16, 2026. This agreement covers the manufacturing and supply of advanced grades of HALS Products on a worldwide 'exclusive basis'. Equity Investment in Geneus Chem AG: As part of the collaboration, the subsidiary will acquire a 25% share capital of Geneus Chem AG upon the exercise of share warrants within a four-year period. Foreign Subsidiary Incorporation: The Board approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned foreign subsidiary in the Netherlands under Clean Fino-Chem Limited.
