Total Income: Total income for the quarter stood at Rs 28,940.71 lakh, marking an increase of 19.11% QoQ from Rs 24,297.72 lakh in Q4FY26 and a 6.39% YoY growth from Rs 27,201.92 lakh in Q1FY26. Net Profit: The Group recorded a net profit for the period of Rs 1,783.12 lakh in Q1FY27, reflecting a decline of 24.14% QoQ from Rs 2,350.42 lakh in Q4FY26 and a decrease of 24.60% YoY against Rs 2,364.89 lakh in Q1FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: For Q1FY27, total comprehensive income was reported at Rs 1,789.44 lakh, compared to Rs 2,411.26 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 2,365.42 lakh in Q1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter was Rs 8.88, down from Rs 12.33 in Q4FY26 and Rs 13.08 in Q1FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q1FY27 was Rs 28,630.26 lakh, growing 18.50% QoQ from Rs 24,160.24 lakh in Q4FY26 and 5.96% YoY from Rs 27,020.52 lakh in Q1FY26. Total Income: Standalone total income stood at Rs 28,935.89 lakh in Q1FY27, an increase of 19.09% QoQ from Rs 24,298.09 lakh in Q4FY26 and a 6.37% YoY increase from Rs 27,202.47 lakh in Q1FY26. Net Profit: Net profit for the standalone entity was Rs 1,792.40 lakh in Q1FY27, marking a decline of 23.76% QoQ from Rs 2,351.14 lakh in Q4FY26 and a 24.24% YoY decrease from Rs 2,365.79 lakh in Q1FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: Total standalone comprehensive income for the period was Rs 1,798.72 lakh in Q1FY27. Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: Potable Alcohols Division: This segment generated revenue of Rs 21,915.81 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 21,254.17 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 20,511.08 lakh in Q1FY26. Segment results (profit before tax and finance costs) stood at Rs 3,412.47 lakh. Ethanol Division: The division reported revenue of Rs 7,438.22 lakh in Q1FY27, a significant increase from Rs 3,766.40 lakh in Q4FY26 and higher than the Rs 7,221.36 lakh in Q1FY26. However, the segment reported a loss of Rs 836.71 lakh for the quarter. Acquisition of SDF Industries Limited: On April 16, 2026, the NCLT approved the company’s resolution plan for the acquisition of SDF Industries Limited under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). Total cash infused in the entity as of June 30, 2026, is Rs 3,217.89 lakh. It became a wholly-owned subsidiary effective May 13, 2026. Equity Share Capital: On September 4, 2025, the Holding Company converted 9,00,000 shares warrants into equity shares. As of June 30, 2026, the funds received against share warrants have been kept in liquid fund earmarked for investment in the wholly-owned subsidiary "Associated Alcohols and Breweries (Awadh) Limited."
