Other Income: Other income stood at Rs 46.05 lakh in Q1FY27, down 50.43% YoY from Rs 92.90 lakh in Q1FY26 and down 7.01% QoQ from Rs 49.52 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: The total income for Q1FY27 was Rs 15,729.13 lakh, marking a YoY growth of 26.16% from Rs 12,467.57 lakh in Q1FY26 and an 8.47% increase QoQ from Rs 14,501.13 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): For Q1FY27, PBT was Rs 841.20 lakh, representing a significant YoY increase of 161.50% compared to Rs 321.69 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, PBT surged by 1,745% from Rs 45.59 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT): The consolidated PAT for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 419.84 lakh, a YoY growth of 140.18% compared to Rs 174.80 lakh in Q1FY26. Other Income: Standalone other income was Rs 110.19 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 152.31 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 89.26 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: Total standalone income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 15,675.20 lakh, a 29.82% increase YoY from Rs 12,074.67 lakh and a 9.00% increase QoQ from Rs 14,382.38 lakh. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Standalone PBT was Rs 882.90 lakh in Q1FY27, up 87.49% YoY from Rs 470.91 lakh in Q1FY26 and up 409.55% QoQ from Rs 173.27 lakh in Q4FY26. Segment results (Profit before tax & interest) stood at Rs 1,922.86 lakh for Q1FY27 vs Rs 1,123.63 lakh in Q1FY26. Others: Revenue from other segments stood at Rs 1,438.79 lakh in Q1FY27 vs Rs 1,350.32 lakh in Q1FY26. Segment results were Rs 221.94 lakh for Q1FY27 vs Rs 213.45 lakh in Q1FY26. Segment Assets and Liabilities: Standalone total segment assets stood at Rs 47,414.16 lakh as of June 30, 2026, while standalone total segment liabilities stood at Rs 27,558.51 lakh. Employee Stock Option Scheme: During Q1FY27, the company granted an additional 52,530 stock options under the second tranche of ESOS-2024 to eligible employees at an exercise price of Rs 1,756 per option. Policy Adoption: The Board adopted an updated Policy for Determining Materiality of Events/Information for Disclosure to incorporate changes relating to the Key Managerial Personnel authorized to determine materiality under SEBI Regulations.
