Financial Services company Crisil announced Q2CY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reported at Rs 1,096.53 crore in Q2CY26. This reflects a marginal QoQ increase of 0.26% compared to Rs 1,093.67 crore in Q1CY26, and a YoY growth of 26.54% compared to Rs 866.55 crore in Q2CY25. Total Income for CY25 stood at Rs 3,755.55 crore. Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 1,075.39 crore in Q2CY26, marking a QoQ growth of 1.68% (from Rs 1,057.66 crore in Q1CY26) and a YoY growth of 27.56% (from Rs 843.02 crore in Q2CY25). For CY25, it was Rs 3,649.01 crore. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Recorded at Rs 279.84 crore in Q2CY26, indicating a QoQ decline of 9.25% (from Rs 308.38 crore in Q1CY26) but a YoY increase of 24.39% (from Rs 224.97 crore in Q2CY25). CY25 PBT was Rs 1,041.03 crore. Net Profit for the Period (PAT): Reached Rs 216.46 crore in Q2CY26, showing a QoQ drop of 7.20% (vs Rs 233.26 crore in Q1CY26) and a YoY increase of 26.16% (vs Rs 171.57 crore in Q2CY25). CY25 Net Profit was Rs 766.01 crore. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS was Rs 29.60 in Q2CY26, down 7.21% QoQ (from Rs 31.90 in Q1CY26) but up 26.17% YoY (from Rs 23.46 in Q2CY25). EPS for CY25 was Rs 104.75. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reached Rs 656.47 crore in Q2CY26, increasing by 4.38% QoQ (vs Rs 628.90 crore in Q1CY26) and 11.80% YoY (vs Rs 587.20 crore in Q2CY25). Total Income for CY25 was Rs 2,299.66 crore. Revenue from Operations: Reported at Rs 519.22 crore in Q2CY26, experiencing a QoQ increase of 9.39% (from Rs 474.64 crore in Q1CY26) and a YoY increase of 20.52% (from Rs 430.82 crore in Q2CY25). CY25 revenue was Rs 1,796.50 crore. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Stood at Rs 188.71 crore in Q2CY26, climbing 47.12% QoQ (from Rs 128.27 crore in Q1CY26) while decreasing by 12.75% YoY (from Rs 216.28 crore in Q2CY25). For CY25, PBT was Rs 707.08 crore. Net Profit for the Period (PAT): Recorded at Rs 166.31 crore in Q2CY26, showing a 46.63% increase QoQ (vs Rs 113.42 crore in Q1CY26) and a 14.38% decline YoY (vs Rs 194.24 crore in Q2CY25). CY25 Net Profit was Rs 614.87 crore. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Stood at Rs 22.74 in Q2CY26, up 46.61% QoQ (from Rs 15.51 in Q1CY26) and down 14.38% YoY (from Rs 26.56 in Q2CY25). CY25 EPS was Rs 84.08. Business Highlights: Dividend: The Board of Directors approved the payment of a second interim dividend of Rs 10 per equity share (face value of Re 1 each) for the financial year ending December 31, 2026. Board Composition Changes: The Board noted the resignation of Mr. Saugata Saha as a Non-executive Director of the Company, effective from the close of business hours on July 21, 2026. Based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Tomar as an Additional Director (Non-executive) effective July 22, 2026. Segment-wise Performance: Ratings Services: Revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 305.12 crore, recording a decline of 5.43% QoQ (from Rs 322.63 crore in Q1CY26) but an increase of 21.44% YoY (from Rs 251.26 crore in Q2CY25). The segment profit for Q2CY26 was Rs 135.18 crore. Research, Analytics & Solutions: Revenue for the quarter was Rs 770.85 crore, showing a steady growth of 4.79% QoQ (from Rs 735.63 crore in Q1CY26) and a strong 30.15% YoY increase (from Rs 592.29 crore in Q2CY25). The segment profit for Q2CY26 stood at Rs 157.13 crore.
