Textiles company Indo Count Industries announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 1,05,767.65 lakh in Q4FY26, reflecting an increase of 3.43% YoY compared to Rs 1,02,256.32 lakh in Q4FY25, but marking a slight decline of 0.48% QoQ from Rs 1,06,282.84 lakh in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, revenue stood at Rs 4,14,134.88 lakh, marginally down by 0.24% YoY from Rs 4,15,139.13 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Reported at Rs 1,08,772.16 lakh in Q4FY26, growing by 5.75% YoY against Rs 1,02,853.06 lakh in Q4FY25, and an increase of 1.25% QoQ from Rs 1,07,424.21 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, total income was Rs 4,21,084.62 lakh, recording a growth of 0.48% YoY from Rs 4,19,089.98 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: Profit for the period was Rs 2,420.19 lakh in Q4FY26, representing a YoY growth of 14.98% from Rs 2,104.94 lakh in Q4FY25, and a marginal decline of 0.93% QoQ from Rs 2,442.91 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, the net profit stood at Rs 12,667.62 lakh, registering a decline of 49.33% YoY from Rs 24,999.83 lakh in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Recorded at Rs 75,788.88 lakh in Q4FY26, down by 12.37% YoY from Rs 86,484.02 lakh in Q4FY25, and down by 2.74% QoQ from Rs 77,925.70 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 3,09,837.44 lakh, declining by 17.85% YoY from Rs 3,77,164.98 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Stood at Rs 79,038.91 lakh in Q4FY26, declining by 9.53% YoY from Rs 87,365.04 lakh in Q4FY25, and down by 0.42% QoQ from Rs 79,368.56 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, total income fell by 16.81% YoY to Rs 3,17,900.92 lakh from Rs 3,82,121.43 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: Surged to Rs 3,679.14 lakh in Q4FY26, marking a substantial YoY growth of 350.04% from Rs 817.52 lakh in Q4FY25, and a QoQ growth of 45.57% from Rs 2,527.39 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, net profit recorded a YoY decline of 39.04% to Rs 14,461.46 lakh from Rs 23,721.59 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights & Segment Performance: Segment Performance: The Group is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of textile products, which is evaluated as a single reportable segment (i.e., Textile Business). Business Combinations & Acquisitions: The Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Indo Count Global Inc., USA, acquired an 81% controlling stake in Fluvitex USA. Inc., Ohio, for an all-cash consideration of USD 19.63 million (equivalent to Rs 16,446.35 lakh). The Company holds an exclusive option to purchase the remaining 19% stake by September 30, 2029, for a fixed consideration of USD 4.6 million (equivalent to Rs 3,938.52 lakh). Indo Count Global Inc. also acquired a 100% controlling stake in Modern Home Textile, Inc., USA, Arizona, for an all-cash consideration of USD 11.89 million (equivalent to Rs 9,996.17 lakh). Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 1.50/- per share (i.e., 75% of the face value of Rs 2/- each) for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. Other Updates: The finance cost for the year includes an interest component of Rs 1,281.81 lakh paid on the delayed refund of IGST by the Holding Company to the Maharashtra State GST authorities.
