Abrasives & Bearings company SKF India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 5,945.4 million, representing a 3.10% increase QoQ from Rs 5,766.4 million in Q3FY26, but a 51.00% decrease YoY compared to Rs 12,133.7 million in Q4FY25, primarily due to the demerger of the industrial undertaking. Total income for the quarter stood at Rs 6,313.0 million, up 4.00% QoQ from Rs 6,070.7 million and down 48.50% YoY from Rs 12,258.7 million in Q4FY25. Profit before tax for Q4FY26 was Rs 465.7 million, showing a decline of 46.13% from Rs 863.5 million in Q3FY26 and a decline of 83.10% YoY from Rs 2,756.5 million. The Group reported a Net Loss for Q4FY26 of Rs 197.6 million, compared to a Net Profit of Rs 620.0 million in Q3FY26 and Rs 2,032.8 million in Q4FY25. For the full year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26), consolidated revenue from operations was Rs 37,633.9 million, compared to Rs 49,199.2 million in FY25. Annual Net Profit for FY26 stood at Rs 2,659.4 million, registering a decrease of 53.01% compared to Rs 5,659.1 million in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 5,945.4 million, up 3.10% QoQ from Rs 5,766.4 million in Q3FY26 and up 20.68% YoY compared to Rs 4,926.5 million for continuing operations in Q4FY25. Total income for the quarter reached Rs 6,313.0 million, registering a growth of 3.99% QoQ from Rs 6,070.7 million and a growth of 27.95% YoY from Rs 4,933.8 million for continuing operations. Profit before tax for the quarter was Rs 461.0 million, down 46.61% from Rs 863.4 million in Q3FY26 and down 58.37% YoY from Rs 1,107.4 million in Q4FY25. Standalone results recorded a Net Loss for Q4FY26 of Rs 202.3 million, as against a profit of Rs 619.9 million in Q3FY26 and Rs 813.8 million in Q4FY25 for continuing operations. For FY26, standalone revenue from operations for continuing operations was Rs 21,295.9 million, up 15.40% from Rs 18,453.4 million in FY25. Annual Standalone Net Profit for FY26 reached Rs 2,660.1 million, compared to Rs 5,658.1 million in FY25. Business Highlights: Demerger of Industrial Undertaking: The company successfully implemented the demerger of its Industrial Undertaking to SKF India (Industrial) Limited, effective October 01, 2025. Consequently, the Industrial Undertaking is presented as discontinued operations in these results. Segment Performance: The company manufactures bearings and other related components and operates as a single business segment. Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 40/- per equity share (400% of the face value of Rs 10/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend, if approved, will result in a total payout of Rs 1,977.6 million. Bilateral Advance Pricing Agreement (BAPA): On March 18, 2026, the company entered into a BAPA with the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), covering financial years FY 2012-13 to FY 2020-21.
