Textiles company Nitin Spinners announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Financial Highlights: Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 86,133.52 lakh, representing a growth of 7.44% QoQ from Rs 80,172.26 lakh in Q3FY26 and a growth of 2.28% YoY from Rs 84,213.90 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, the total income was Rs 3,21,887.58 lakh compared to Rs 3,30,925.08 lakh in FY25, reflecting a decline of 2.73%. Revenue from Operations: Revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 85,979.16 lakh, showing an increase of 7.38% QoQ from Rs 80,067.90 lakh in Q3FY26 and an increase of 2.20% YoY from Rs 84,129.46 lakh in Q4FY25. The annual revenue for FY26 reached Rs 3,21,386.69 lakh compared to Rs 3,30,565.42 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: The company reported a net profit of Rs 5,736.38 lakh in Q4FY26, a significant growth of 29.16% QoQ from Rs 4,441.36 lakh in Q3FY26 and a growth of 23.71% YoY from Rs 4,636.90 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, net profit was Rs 17,754.94 lakh, representing a 1.21% YoY increase from Rs 17,542.63 lakh in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income: Total comprehensive income for Q4FY26 was Rs 5,645.73 lakh, up by 25.38% QoQ from Rs 4,503.06 lakh and up 13.73% YoY from Rs 4,963.99 lakh. The annual total for FY26 was Rs 17,639.74 lakh. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 10.20, compared to Rs 7.90 in Q3FY26 and Rs 8.25 in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, basic EPS was Rs 31.58. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The company's business activities fall within a single operating segment, which is "Textiles", as per the Indian Accounting Standard - 108. Dividend Recommendation: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 30% i.e. Rs 3.00 per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Government Subsidy: During Q4FY26, the company received a Capital Subsidy of Rs 2,166 lakh from the Government of Rajasthan under RIPS, 2022, for an investment in an expansion project conducted in the year 2022-23. Auditor Re-appointment: The Board approved the re-appointment of M/s Vivek Laddha & Associates as Cost Auditors of the company for FY27. Capital Allotment: On September 10, 2025, the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors allotted 25,44,25,324 partly paid-up equity shares of face value Re 1/- each at a price of Rs 39/- per share.
