Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations'), we hereby inform you that Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited ('the Company') has received a work order worth approximately Rs. 231 crores for the construction of a rehabilitation building admeasuring about 6.17 lakh sq. ft. in Chandivali, Mumbai, with a completion period of 3 years. Following the receipt of this order, the Company's total order book now stands at approximately Rs. 3,460.78 crores as on date. Kindly take the same on record.
