Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that in accordance with the powers conferred by the Board of Directors of Ceigall India Limited ('the Company'), the Management Committee of the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e. October 16, 2025, has approved the incorporation of two Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 being Special Purpose Vehicle(SPV) with the name and style of: A. Ceigall Green Energy MH1 Limited and B. Ceigall Green Energy MH2 Limited.
