This is to inform that Viva Highways Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of the company has acquired 7,46,20,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each held by SBI Macquarie and SBI Macquarie Infrastructure Trust in Jaora-Nayagaon Toll Road Company Private Limited at consideration of Rs.166,59,93,151/- and thus equity stake of the company in jaora Nayagaon Toll Road company Pvt. Ltd. to 61.17% thru subsidiaries.
