This has reference to our previous communication addressed to the Stock Exchanges vide letter No. SECY/GRSE/BD-69/10/2024-25 dated 22 Jun 2024, letter No. SECY/GRSE/BD-69/35/2024-25 dated 04 Oct 2024 and SECY/GRSE/BD-69/43/2024-25 dated 05 Dec 2024. In terms of Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI, LODR, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has signed Contract for Construction and delivery of remaining two ships from the series of the additional four 7500 DWT Multi-Purpose Vessels (MPV) on 24 Mar 2025 at Hamburg, Germany.
