Adani Enterprises will exit its joint venture with Wilmar International in a $2 billion deal. They plan to sell a 44% stake in Adani Wilmar Ltd. Part of the funds will be used to invest in green energy, airports, and roads. The deal will make Adani Wilmar a subsidiary of Wilmar.
