The Board inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (Limited Review) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 which have been duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee.
