This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., 2nd August, 2024, have inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 and authorized Mr. Nusli N.
