Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we are pleased to inform you that the Company has emerged as Lowest Bidder for the Two Projects of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd. The details of aforesaid projects as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123, dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure A.
