Pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform you that based on the recommendations of the NRC, the Board of Directors of the Company through a resolution passed by circulation, has appointed Shri Sumant Wattas as CEOMDF,PB & New Business of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2024. Consequent upon his appointment he has also been categorized as a SMP of the Company.
