This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., 6th February 2024 inter alia considered and approved the Statement of Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2023 and authorised Mr. Nusli N Wadia Chairman of the Company to sign the results to be submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
