The company has allotted 1,69,49,152 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 1180/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 1178/- each) aggregating to Rs. 2000 crores and 2,00,000 7.50% compulsorily convertible debentures of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 2000 crores.
