Angel One Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/10/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday , October 12, 2023 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results (with Limited Review) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023 and to consider, approve and declare 2nd interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2023-24. It is further informed that in terms of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Record Date for reckoning the shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the interim dividend, if any, so declared, will be Friday, October 20, 2023.
