We wish to inform you that Udaipur Cement Works Ltd. (UCWL), a Subsidiary company has allotted 19,45,08,912 Equity Shares of nominal value of ? 4 each at a premium of ? 14 per Equity Shares for cash for the total consideration of ? 350.12 Crore to the Company. Pursuant to this, the holding of the Company in UCWL has increased from 72.54 % to 75.00 % of Equity Share Capital of UCWL.
