Banco Products declares interim dividend for FY17

Banco Products  has informed BSE that the company's Board of Directors has approved and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share of face value Rs. 2 each - 250% - for FY17. The announced dividend will be paid to shareholders by January 30. 

The company had recently announced and then withdrawn a buyback offer for its equity shares, and had announced the decision to drop the buyback on December 8 last year.
