This is to inform that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. 29 May, 2023 inter-alia considered the following: (i) Approved the Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 (as recommended by the Audit Committee) on standalone and consolidated basis. The Statutory Auditors have expressed unmodified opinion on the standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended 31 March, 2023. A Copy of the financial results along with the Auditors'' Report and Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2023. (ii) Recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.36/- per share (i.e. 3.60 % on the paidup equity share capital) for the financial year 2022-23 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board Meeting commenced at 12:30 pm and concluded at 17:25 pm.
