Oberoi Realty (OBER) clocked Q4FY23 sales bookings worth Rs6.7bn with the 360 West Worli project contributing Rs2.3bn to sales bookings. In Feb’23, the company completed the purchase of 50% of residual inventory in its 360 West, Worli project from Oasis Realty, the JV entity where it held 32.5% stake, for Rs34bn.
