Further to our letter dated May 04, 2023 and in Compliance with Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. May 11, 2023, has inter alia: (i) Approved the audited standalone & consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023 and audited standalone & consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. Auditors' Reports with unmodified opinion thereon has been noted by the Board of Directors. (ii) Recommended final dividend of Rs. 37/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023
