With reference to the captioned subject, please find enclosed herewith, the extracts of the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023 as approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 3rd May, 2023. The Auditors' Report(s) thereon as submitted by the Auditors of the Company are also enclosed. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 1:40 p.m. The Board of Directors decided to recommend a Final Dividend @ Rs. 4.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2022-23. The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, shall be paid/ dispatched to the shareholders on or before 30 days from the date of AGM.
