Notice of proposed offer for sale of the equity shares of the face value of Rs.10 each ("Equity Shares") of Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd ("Company") by one of the promoters of the Company, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", and this notice, the "Notice").
