Pursuant to Regulation 34 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith Annual Report for the FY 2021-22.The aforesaid documents have been sent today i.e. August 13, 2022 by e-mail to all the eligible Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company / Depositories. The Company has provided the facility to vote by electronic means (remote e-voting as well as e-voting at the AGM) on all resolutions (as set out in the AGM notice) to those members, who are holding shares either in physical or in electronic form as on the cut-off date i.e. Wednesday, August 31, 2022. The remote e-voting shall commence on Sunday, September 4, 2022 (9:00 a.m. IST) and ends on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 (5:00 p.m. IST). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, September 1, 2022, to Wednesday, September 7, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and for payment of final dividend for FY 2021-22, if declared at the AGM.
