In terms of Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with corresponding circulars and notifications issued thereunder, this is to inform you that a fire incident occurred yesterday night at the Neemrana plant of the Company. There has been no human loss/ injury. The cause of the fire and the damage is being currently assessed. This is for your information and records.
