Please note that the Company being an EPC Contractor of IPATRL and against the Bank Guarantee submitted by the Company as per CCEA policy, the Company has received from IPATRL, Rs. 308 Crore out of total claim of Rs. 419 crores as upheld and as directed by the Honorable High Court towards claims of the EPC Contractor.
