Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., February 4, 2022, has unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Rahul Bhatia, Non-Executive Director as the Managing Director of the Company, with effect from February 4, 2022. The details as required, under the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are attached as Annexure I to this letter. In compliance with SEBI Order dated June 14, 2018 to the Stock Exchanges and further SEBI Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, we confirm that Mr. Rahul Bhatia has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
