To align the name of the Company with its consumer brand dhani (entire consumer business in the Healthcare and Finance Sector is provided by the Company through its App dhani), we wish to inform that on the application filed by the Company, the office of Registrar of Companies has with effect from October 6, 2020, approved change in the name of the Company to 'Dhani Services Limited'. The Company shall be submitting its fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Office of Registrar of Companies alongwith other documents required in terms of Listing Regulations with the Exchanges, for allowing trading in the shares of the Company in its new name with the symbol 'DHANI'.
