The Company vide its letter dated September 11, 2019 had made an application for seeking In principle approval for change in name of the Company from 'HINDUJA VENTURES LIMITED' to 'NXTDIGITAL LIMITED'. The BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide letters dated September 20, 2019 and September 30, 2019 respectively had granted an In principle approval for proposed name change of the Company from 'HINDUJA VENTURES LIMITED' to 'NXTDIGITAL LIMITED'. The Members of the company on October 22, 2019 had approved the Special Resolution vide postal ballot for change in name of the Company from 'HINDUJA VENTURES LIMITED' to 'NXTDIGITAL LIMITED'. The same was intimated to BSE and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 23, 2019. The MCA issued a fresh Certificate of incorporation pursuant to change in name of the Company on October 25, 2019. Accordingly the name of the Company changed to NXTDIGITAL LIMITED.
