Iran launches more than 40 missiles toward Israel, 23 people injured

Hours after the US struck three Iranian nuclear sites, Iran launched more than 40 missiles toward Israel on Sunday, wounding 23 people and destroying apartment buildings and homes in three cities. At an impact site in Tel Aviv, the blast had sheared off the face of a multistory residential building and damaged several others including a nursing home in a radius of hundreds of metres. DLF targets 2,500 crore sales from new housing project in Mumbai

India's largest realty firm DLF Ltd is set to enter the Mumbai housing market as it plans to launch a luxury housing project in the city worth about Rs 2,500 crore in the next two weeks. DLF will launch more than 400 homes in the first phase of its upcoming project, marking the company's entry into Mumbai's residential property market. According to sources, the company has got all regulatory approvals to launch this project, which will be developed in partnership with Delhi-based Trident Realty. DLF has received RERA approval for its first premium residential project in Mumbai. The project, located in the suburb of Andheri, is expected to be launched within the next two weeks, they said. In the first phase, the company will develop 416 units in four towers. DLF plans to sell these apartments in a price range of Rs 5-7 crore per unit. The spokesperson declined to comment. JSW Energy joins race for Raigarh Champa Rail Infra after NCLAT nod

Appellate tribunal NCLAT has quashed an NCLT order that denied permission to the lenders of debt-ridden Raigarh Champa Rail Infrastructure to start a fresh bidding process. The development has come as a relief to JSW Energy which had sought permission to participate in the insolvency resolution process of Raigarh Champa Rail Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (RCRIPL), an ancillary company of KSK Mahanadi. JSW Energy has already acquired KSK Mahanadi Power, a 3,600 MW thermal power plant in Chhattisgarh, for Rs 16,084 crore through the insolvency process, earlier in March this year. NTPC begins commercial supply from 52 MW unit of Nokh solar project

State-run power giant NTPC on Sunday said that the 245 MW power capacity at Plot-3 of Nokh solar PV in Rajasthan has become fully operational with the start of commercial electricity supply from the second and last part of 52 MW. The first part capacity of 193 MW started commercial operation on June 9, 2025, according to a regulatory filing. Consequent upon successful commissioning, the second and last part capacity of 52 MW out of 245 MW capacity at Plot-3 of NTPC's Nokh Solar PV Project (3x245MW), Rajasthan, is declared on Commercial Operation with effect from 00:00 hours of June 22, 2025, the filing stated. With this, the total standalone and group commercial capacity has now become 60,318 MW & 81,420 MW respectively, it stated.
