IT Consulting & Software company Magellanic Cloud announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 20,554.61 lakh, representing a growth of 31.47% YoY compared to Rs 15,634.98 lakh in Q4FY25 and a QoQ growth of 25.39% from Rs 16,393.17 lakh in Q3FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4FY26 reached Rs 3,026.89 lakh, witnessing a 34.00% YoY increase from Rs 2,258.96 lakh and a 5.72% QoQ growth from Rs 2,863.05 lakh. Total Revenue for the quarter was Rs 21,112.69 lakh, compared to Rs 15,917.64 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For FY26, the Company reported a Consolidated Revenue from Operations of Rs 69,787.64 lakh, marking a 16.85% YoY increase from Rs 59,723.60 lakh in FY25. Annual Consolidated PAT for FY26 was Rs 11,428.68 lakh, a growth of 11.25% YoY compared to Rs 10,273.03 lakh in FY25. The Consolidated Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 stood at Rs 1.95, up from Rs 1.76 in FY25. The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 10.25 per equity share of face value Rs 1 each for FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 2,370.11 lakh, showing a YoY growth of 22.95% from Rs 1,927.69 lakh, while it saw a QoQ decline of 3.62% from Rs 2,459.09 lakh in Q3FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4FY26 reached Rs 616.50 lakh, reflecting a 65.56% YoY growth from Rs 372.38 lakh and a 28.46% QoQ growth from Rs 479.90 lakh. For FY26, Standalone Revenue from Operations reached Rs 10,203.48 lakh, witnessing a growth of 25.19% YoY compared to Rs 8,150.46 lakh in FY25. Annual Standalone PAT for FY26 stood at Rs 2,062.84 lakh, up by 51.28% YoY from Rs 1,363.54 lakh in FY25. Standalone Basic and Diluted EPS for FY26 increased to Rs 0.35 from Rs 0.23 in the previous year. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: IT/ITES Services: This segment was the largest contributor with an annual revenue of Rs 51,937.97 lakh and a segment result (profit) of Rs 13,567.95 lakh. IT-Surveillance: This segment reported an annual revenue of Rs 16,185.16 lakh and a segment result of Rs 7,711.62 lakh. Drone: This segment showed substantial growth with annual revenue at Rs 1,352.88 lakh and a segment result of Rs 141.64 lakh. Acquisitions: The Company acquired shares in Finoux Solutions Private Limited in May 2025 for a gross consideration of Rs 43.80 crore. The Company recognized goodwill amounting to Rs 1,169.26 lakh from this transaction. Investments: On March 24, 2026, the Company participated in the Rights Issue of its subsidiary, Scandron Private Limited (SPL), for an aggregate amount of Rs 56 crore. Exceptional Item: The Company recognized an incremental expense due to the recognition of past service costs related to the New Labour Codes, 2020.
