Goenka Business and Finance Limited, in its most recent quarterly results for the period ending December 2016, showed revenues of Rs 22 lakh (compared to Rs. 61 lakh for the same period last year) and a net profit of Rs. 3.73 lakh compared to Rs. 35 lakh for the December period the previous year.
With revenues and profits declining sharply, the company's share price has also stagnated after falling by over 50% from its year high of Rs. 176.4.
