Unitech International announced Q3 results that showed marginal increase in revenue to Rs. 34.1 crore, up from Rs. 31.4 crore in last year's Q3. The company's net profits however have declined substantially this December quarter compared to the same period last year, falling from Rs. 27.9 lakh to Rs. 4.56 lakh. Higher finance costs have pulled profits down for the company during the quarter.
