For the full year FY26, Revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,14,358.57 lakh, an increase of 7.16% YoY from Rs 2,00,034.33 lakh in FY25. Total Income for Q4FY26 reached Rs 61,467.31 lakh, up by 17.16% QoQ from Rs 52,464.09 lakh and up by 13.03% YoY from Rs 54,382.16 lakh. For the full year FY26, Total Income was Rs 2,16,267.06 lakh, marking an increase of 6.88% YoY compared to Rs 2,02,344.51 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,808.06 lakh, representing a significant increase of 269.34% QoQ from Rs 489.54 lakh and a 60.54% YoY increase from Rs 1,126.25 lakh. For the full year FY26, Net Profit stood at Rs 4,817.22 lakh, showing a robust growth of 60.19% YoY compared to Rs 3,007.16 lakh in FY25. Other Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 560.93 lakh, up 16.20% QoQ from Rs 482.71 lakh, though it decreased by 5.16% YoY from Rs 591.43 lakh. Earnings Per Share (EPS) (Basic and Diluted) for Q4FY26 was Rs 0.61, compared to Rs 0.17 in Q3FY26 and Rs 0.38 in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, the EPS was Rs 1.63. Business Highlights: Amalgamation: The Scheme of Amalgamation of Dhrangadhara Trading Company Private Limited and Sahu Brothers Private Limited with DCW Limited became effective on February 4, 2026. Consequently, the results for previous periods have been restated to give effect to the merger. New Subsidiary: The company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, "Beluga International (IFSC) Private Limited," on March 9, 2026. As of March 31, 2026, no capital has been infused into this entity. Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.20 per Equity Share of face value Rs 2/- each (10%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
