TreeHouse Education, which was once primed for a merger with Zee Learn, posted dismal December quarter results. The company - whose merger with Zee Learn fell through with ZL citing operational and corporate governance concerns in December - saw a 77% drop in income and a shift from profit to sharp losses this Q3 compared to the same period the previous year. The company posted losses of Rs. 33.1 crore for the quarter ending December 2016 compared to profits of Rs. 6.12 crore in the same period last year.
