Specialty Chemicals company Sudarshan Chemical Industries announced Q3FY25 results Sudarshan Chemical's Q3FY25 consolidated income reached Rs 666 crore, marking an 18% year-on-year growth. EBITDA before exceptional expenses grew by 27% YoY to Rs 79 crore. The company achieved a 107% YoY increase in PAT, reaching Rs 31 crore. Rajesh Rathi Managing Director of Sudarshan Chemical Industries, said, “Sudarshan Chemical's strong Q3FY25 results are a result of our consistent focus on delivering value to our stakeholders. We are progressing well on closing the transaction for acquisition, and our initial integration process with Heubach is also progressing well.
