IT Consulting & Software company Persistent Systems declares Q4FY22 result: Revenue Up 42.2% YoY for Q4 and 35.2% for FY22 Reports 9.1% Sequential QoQ growth. The Board of Directors recommended final dividend of Rs 11 per share on the face value of Rs 10 each. In January 2022, the Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 20 per share making the total dividend Rs 31 per share. The final dividend recommended by the Board is subject to the approval of the members during the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
