Approved standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2022. ii Recommended dividend @ Rs.4.00 per equity share i.e 400% of face value of Re.1/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Board meeting commenced at 03.45 p.m. and is still in progress, however agenda item for approval of Financial Statements and recommendation of Dividend is discussed and approved by the Board.
