This is in continuation to our earlier intimation of today. In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby submit a copy of the Earnings' Presentation on, inter-alia, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2023, of the Financial Year 2023-24, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis, to be discussed during the Earnings' Call scheduled to be held on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 04:00 p.m. It may be noted that the Board of Directors of the Company has, considered and approved the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company, in its meeting held on October 19, 2023.
