This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated February 03, 2025. In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby submit a copy of the Earnings' Presentation, inter-alia, on the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2024, of the Financial Year 2024-25, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis, to be discussed during the Earnings' Call scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 04, 2025 at 04:00 p.m. It may be noted that the Board of Directors of the Company has, considered and approved the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company, in its meeting held on February 03, 2025.
