The Company has entered into Share Purchase Agreement dated 07th February, 2026 for the acquisition of 100% stake in Epicurean Grove Private Limited, Vidyutva Cereals Private Limited, Edenbloom Cereals Private Limited and Agroblossom Grains Private Limited.
