With reference to above captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the company has listed on BSE SME plat form and as per regulations 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the compliance with the provisions as specified in Regulation 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and Clause (b) to (i) of sub regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C,D and E of Schedule V of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 shall not apply on listed entity which has listed its specified securities on SME Exchange. Hence being an entity listed on SME Exchange, compliance under Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 are not applicable to the company.
